Tiana Suzette - born August 19 at 4:06 am.
She weighed 8 lbs, 2 oz and was 20 inches long.
She has dark brown hair, and is a peaceful, happy baby. The labor was only 4 hours long without any complications. She was born here at our house, and we loved every minute of it. Tiana and I have been recovering from the birth, doing our best to be careful with ourselves. I have tried to over do things twice, and find that I am wiped out the next day. It really seems to make a difference, to just allow others to help me so that I can be up and moving sooner, then trying to heal and get things done at the same time.
Thank you to everyone who has helped us! I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful we have been treated, and how many friends have helped us. We love you all!

Congratulations! She is adorable, and I'm relieved to hear that there were no complications. Mike and I are having a mini-debate about her name: is it pronounced "Tea-ah-na" or "Tea-a-na" I'm sure I'm right, but just thought I'd check. Are you going to call her Tia for short?

Tiana is a beautiful baby, congratulations on baby #2! How is Danny handling being a big brother? I'm sure you are keeping busy with 2 little ones now! How fun!
